Honest and straight forward, they are a great local shop. I wouldn’t take my VW anywhere else. If you like to do your own minor repairs they are very helpful in finding the right part and answering any questions! Always a pleasant experience.

I was very impressed with the service at Mikasa Automotive. The job they did ended up taking two days instead of one and they went above and beyond with some unexpected custom work which was required to complete the repair. And at a very fair price. I highly recommend them to others.
